Kraft Valentine's Card


Okay, the jewelry Christmas rush is over and I'm trying to recover, LOL.  I'm hoping to get back into my card making a little.   I'm even going to CHA this year!!  It's been a long time since I've been.  I made this card last year, and I'm finally posting it.  I'll try to remember what I used….

It's been awhile since I've checked in.  Life has been very busy.  I'm trying to get back into stamping, so I thought I'd start out with something simple.  Valentine's Birthday Card....  For Shirley.

Trudy's Birthday Card

Here is the birthday card I made for my SIL.  We get to go visit them this weekend!!  Yeah!!  I made this card similar to the one for the Magnolia-licious challenge, and I think I like this one better.  I just got this new stamp from Whiff of Joy, and I love it.  It was fun to color.  I used my distress inks and some watercolor paper.

Mother's Day card #3

This Mother's Day card is for my birth mother.  I met her when I was about 21 years old.  She has 3 other children, and I stay in touch mostly with my half-sister, Stephanie.  Well, I did before she got married and had a baby.  She's just as busy as me now, LOL!!

Mother's Day card #1

This is a Mother's Day card for my mom.  That is, my mom that raised me.  I was adopted, and also have a card to show you that I sent to my birth mother, and also my mother-in-law.

Tilda with flowers and Down Under Challenge & BSC#1

Okay...this is my first "challange" card.  I had fun making this card. I made it for the Magnolia Down Under Challenge #44.   I'll have to enter more challenges.  It's a little easier to design a card when there is a sketch to follow!!!!  This one is an easel card.  Please click on the pictures for a better look.

I had to try my "Sweet Tilda" stamp today!!  I just love the pink and blue colors.  Enjoy!!

Just a note - Tilda

I'm on a roll now!!  My 3rd Tilda and I'm headed to my stamp room to make more!!  I had fun masking and using my stamp positioner on this one.  Another "blue" card with some slightly warmer colors this time around.  I used the bow easy to make the bow and I only have 1 handmade rose on this card (the larger blue one).

Another Tilda card!  This one was fun.  I am addicted to those large white roses, LOL!!  I got hubby to help me take the picture of this one.  His camera does a better job than mine!

My first Tilda

Okay.... I took the plunge.  I finally decided that I like Tilda.  I saw some absolutely awsome cards on a few blogs and fell in love!!  So, here is my first Tilda card.

  • Paper: Vintage Roses  - Paper Pizazz, green from my stash, GinaK pure luxury card stock, thick white mulberry paper (for the white roses)
