Here is the birthday card I made for my SIL. We get to go visit them this weekend!! Yeah!! I made this card similar to the one for the Magnolia-licious challenge, and I think I like this one better. I just got this new stamp from Whiff of Joy, and I love it. It was fun to color. I used my distress inks and some watercolor paper.
I finally had a chance to sit down and work on a card for the Magnolia-licious May Challenge. This one was fun, but I made a second similar card that I think I like a little better. What do you think? See my other post for today.
Paper: Basic Grey - Eva , Arches Watercolor paper
Stamps: Magnolia Tilda with flowing hair, Northwoods (Happy Birthday)
This Mother's Day card is for my birth mother. I met her when I was about 21 years old. She has 3 other children, and I stay in touch mostly with my half-sister, Stephanie. Well, I did before she got married and had a baby. She's just as busy as me now, LOL!!
This is a Mother's Day card for my mom. That is, my mom that raised me. I was adopted, and also have a card to show you that I sent to my birth mother, and also my mother-in-law.
The rose stamp is from Rosebud Rubber Stamps, and will be available soon as a digital image stamp. I am still setting up the store for the digital stamp. If you are interested, please send me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org

Okay...this is my first "challange" card. I had fun making this card. I made it for the Magnolia Down Under Challenge #44. I'll have to enter more challenges. It's a little easier to design a card when there is a sketch to follow!!!! This one is an easel card. Please click on the pictures for a better look.
